Screen Print
Classic ink-through-mesh process. High durability and soft feel. Most cost-effective method for bulk runs (50+).
Sublimation
Dye bonds directly with polyester fibers. Completely zero-feel print that is highly breathable and permanent.
Embroidery
Thread stitched by computerized machinery. Offers a premium, raised 3D texture perfect for polos and hoodies.
DTG / Digital
Inkjets spray ink directly on fabric. Achieves photographic quality and soft print feel. Best for multi-color designs.
Vinyl / HTV
Computer cut colored vinyl pressed onto fabric. Sharp solid edges. Best for single-color numbers, text, and logos.
